On a 3.5 hectare field spread out on a hillside at an elevation of about 350 meters, approximately 21,000 magnificent lavenders, one of the largest in western Japan, will be in full bloom. Visitors can enjoy homemade lavender cream soda, pick-your-own lavender, and workshops! In addition, on June 29, a lavender festival with live music and other events will be held.
Lavenders are a great photo opportunity, so be sure to make your early summer memories.

Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway→exit at Kasuga I.C. on Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway and exit at Hikami I.C. on Kita-Kinki Toyooka Expressway, turn left at Hikami Kita traffic lights on Prefectural Road No. 7. Lavender 2025 in Lavender Park Taka Overview
Lavender Park Taka offers a spectacular view of approximately 21,000 lavenders on its 3.5 hectares of land.
The best time to view the lavender is from mid-May to mid-June for French lavender, mid-June to late June for English lavender, and late June to mid-July for Lavandin lavender, which will be at its best from now on!
During the festival, a number of events will be held! There will be lavender bouquet making, lavender picking, aroma workshops where you can enjoy the scent of lavender, and on June 29 (Sun.), a lavender festival will be held with live music, a marché, kitchen cars, candy shops, and more!
