25th Hakkeijima Hydrangea Festival Overview
Surrounded by the sea, Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is filled with as many as 20,000 hydrangeas, mainly Hydrangea macrophylla and Hydrangea macrophylla, blooming simultaneously throughout the park in June. The gradation of pale blues, pinks, and purples swaying in the sea breeze creates a cool, refreshing feeling in early summer against the blue sea and sky. Walking along the walking path, you can enjoy the pleasant scent of flowers mixed with the sea breeze, creating an extraordinary resort atmosphere.

During the period, a “Hakkei-jima Stamp Rally” will be held, in which visitors can visit 8 viewing spots. Original Hakkei-jima stamps will be placed at each spot from the starting point to the goal, and visitors who collect five stamps will receive discount coupons for SeaPara restaurants and stores, discount tickets for the Paradise Cruise, and other prizes. At each viewing spot, visitors will be able to admire the beauty of Hakkeijima, where hydrangeas bloom alongside the sea, roses, and other spectacular landscapes of Hakkeijima.
